The 'luxury' studios do not offer sleepers, bathrobes or body lotion. The location is good, only about 5 - 10 minute walk to the port and the host offers to drop you off if you feel too lazy to walk. Also what you need to know is that the whole family lives in the building and this is not a hotel. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was leaking. There's way too much furniture in the room for the small space. We had to re shuffle the furniture to be able to open our suitcases. The room was very clean but it was extremely small. I think the name of this accommodation is a bit misleading as there's nothing luxurious about these 'studios'. In short drive distance there is a tennis club, horse riding center, kite surf and scuba diving center. You could have private lessons for sailing in our Nautical Club and beach volley. If you like the water sports and other sport activities, Parikia offers many opportunities. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. In Parikia you could find super market, banks, post office, pharmacies. There are many sandy organized beaches in walking distance from our studios and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, an unforgettable experience. Parikia is the capital and the port of the island of Paros with many shops, Greek traditional restaurants, cafes and bars. Our private bathrooms have a comfortable shower with hot water and we offer towels, soaps etc.LOCATION/AREAOur studios are located in a typical traditional area of Parikia.
